Today it is more important than ever that customers and clients are looked after. As prices go up post-Brexit and the pandemic, customers look more to value than price and so it is essential to remain competitive organisations and employees have great customer management skills - particularly in Hospitality and/or Events.

  • Explain the purpose of certain jobs and their contribution to an organisation
  • Define service chains
  • List the major interdependencies which can affect work
  • State the attitudes necessary for inspirational customer service
  • Explain the importance of interpersonal contact and behaviour with customers
  • Use Learning Styles concepts in improving customer capabilities
  • Develop an approach which will ensure consistent quality service to your customers
  • Use essential verbal and non-verbal skills effectively with all business contacts
  • Identify action to take on difficulties
