This is a 4 week course, 2 hours a week and learners will work towards L1 and L2 in Customer Service. Course work is required

In Hospitality whether in restaurants or hotels, customers expect a high level of service.
Excellent customer service is, therefore, a must for any hospitality business if it wants to succeed and keep its clients and customers happy and loyal.
This programme is designed for anyone who is already in a customer facing role (or who aims to be) and will equip you with the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer care. It’s a key skill that everyone can benefit from and one that will stay with you for life.
You will learn:
· The principles of customer service
· How to meet customers’ expectations
· The importance of appropriate behaviour
· Communication techniques
· How to deal with difficult situations
Qualification upon Completion Following full attendance at the course, completing the assignments and sitting an external test, you will achieve Customer Service Awards Level 1 & 2.
You must be able to attend all online sessions.
Course Length: 1 x 2 hours per week, 4 weeks course
Starting: 13th June 2023
Ends: 4th July 2023
Time: 14:00pm - 16:00pm
